Carlisle               C.A.R.E.S.

In 2004, Carlisle C.A.R.E.S. opened its doors to provide shelter, security, and safety to those with no place to go. Since opening, CARES has expanded its services. Folks experiencing homelessness now get much more than a way in from the elements: they also find their way out of homelessness. Homeless mothers, fathers, babies, veterans, and elders have a place to call "home: as well as the tools necessary to find their way home for good.
